Our team loves working with homebuyers to help them envision their brand-new home and lifestyle in a community they could only imagine. We offer several unique home designs each complete with a range of available choices to customize the living spaces that turn a house into a home. The homes at The Preserve at Hunters Hill range in size from 1760 to 2727 square feet and are designed to take advantage of the natural light connecting the interior of your home with the natural beauty of the outdoors. In addition, our single-family home designs include first floor primary suites and interior spaces that are bright, spacious, and welcoming for easy everyday living.
Socialize
The brand new 3550 square foot modern Clubhouse at The Preserve at Hunters Hill is the hub of this 55+ community, a special place where you can practice your fitness routine, meet for coffee, connect with your neighbors for game night or book club, or enjoy an evening swim. Some of the amenities include: a heated outdoor swimming pool, grilling area, bocce, pickle ball, shuffleboard courts and walking trails.

After a short discussion, Bob and his team began the process of delivering on their promise that they would build us our dream home. Matt was outstanding and always responded within a very short period of time. Any questions or concern were met with first class treatment by Matt, Erin and everyone else at Long Built Homes. They walked us through the process and made everything stress free!! Everyone who we encountered at Long Built Homes was honest, professional and understanding of our needs. After we decided on a design the Long Built Home Team went to work. We broke ground on February 7, 2023 and did our final walk-through on May 31,2023. We first met with their sales person Matt in December to look at one of there other homes that was already built and were sold. Matt walked us through the whole house explaining every detail about the house and what our house would look like when built. He answered all of our questions and told us our house would be finished in June and he was spot on! It actually ended up being completed a month earlier than expected. Since being in the home a little over 2 months now we have not had any issues and love the home. Long Built Homes is very efficient in what they do, they have many different people working for them in every department that work together to make sure everything is perfect. They just don’t stop with the house they complete it by making sure it is graded properly all around the yard. We even had a full yard of grass after the first month. I would highly recommend Long Built Homes every time we walk into our house we our so happy with the way it came out there attention to detail stands out in the work they do."

With 2 young children and full time jobs, the weekly emails letting us know what was going on week to week was extremely helpful. The process of picking everything out for the house was so easy and they were so patient with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. The walk throughs were efficient, informative, and helped keep everyone on the same page.
Warranty was absolutely great from before we moved in, and throughout the time we’ve been in the home. The personal touch that both Bob and Christine provide when there is an issue made us feel at home and taken care of.
