Testimonials

Our homeowners say it best!

“Long Built Homes has been very cooperative and informative every step of the way during the process of having our new home built. Our salesperson, Tricia, was always there to answer any questions we had along the way, as well as offer advice if requested. This is a top notch company to deal with, and they really want to help you make your dreams come true in any way possible. They provided any information we needed along the way, and were also very good listeners as well, taking our opinions into account. We are both very happy that we have made this move to Hunters Hill when we did. We are both in our 70’s, so it is never too late to make the magic happen in your life! The packing up and moving from our previous home to this one was no easy task, but we are so glad that we followed through and made it happen. Everyone we have dealt with from start to finish has been extremely helpful and kind. Our new neighbors have been very friendly, and it is a pleasure to meet new people and make new friends. We believe that we will be quite happy living here in the years ahead. Can’t wait for the Clubhouse and other amenities to be built and functioning. We truly appreciate the work ethic that this company stands by. If Bob Long says that they are going to do something you can actually count on it happening. That is something that we positively admire! They are all in on making this community the very best it can be. Thank you so much to Bob, Chris and all of the professionals they have working here. It has been a wonderful experience so far, and hopefully will continue to be one.”

Right from the start, we felt the process of building with Long Built went smoothly. Everyone we dealt with at Long Built Homes was pleasant and professional.

Chris Long and Patricia Fanning helped guide us through selecting the right options for the Andover model we chose.

They were patient and accommodating. It was also very helpful to have met directly with Ed Nunes at Kitchen View, to figure out the cabinet style and layout for the kitchen and baths. Going to the countertop showroom was also great. To be able to see the countertop options in larger displays and bringing a sample of the cabinet colors we selected gave us a much better sense of how it would all come together.

“Tricia Fanning was super responsive to any and all questions and concerns we had and her regular updates throughout construction were very reassuring that the timetable for completion was on schedule. Likewise, the meetings with construction supervisor Jeff Johnson were very helpful in seeing the progress along the way. The quality of the work from the various subcontractors Long Built used was also impressive. The tile work, hardwood flooring, finish carpentry and painting, the things you see most clearly when you enter the house, were especially done well.

We would not hesitate to recommend Long Built to any prospective buyer.”

I want to mention how patient and helpful both Tricia and Chris were. They made the experience not only easy but enjoyable, Their patience and support really stood out and I am very grateful for their assistance. And Scott Leonard from Warranty was great! I never had to wait. He was always available to come and fix things, whether it was him or one of his trade partners. Everything went really smoothly and I absolutely love my new home!
