Long Built has been good at communicating every step of the process and has no issues assisting with additional information that may be requested. The people are very friendly and attentive. The warranty department has been good as well as I know from experience that with new construction; regardless of the builder there will be some type of mistake/correction to be made and Long Built owns their mistakes and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
